5 days/4 nights - Accommodation in Guest-house Dar Cilla in Tarifa

 

Girasol Adventure Holidays offers an Adventure Boot Camp for women which is not limited to a body workout but also purports to relax body and soul.

 

A well-balanced mixture of fitness training, rock climbing (professional guidance), mountain biking, stretching and yoga. Tarifa with its climate and long, golden beaches is the ideal location for all these activities.

 

Start your day with an early work-out on an empty beach, go rock climbing, biking or trekking in the afternoon, and enjoy stretching or yoga as you watch the sunset with the coast of Morocco as the backdrop.

 

This sports-oriented holiday is designed for women who want an active break that will leave them feeling physically stronger and emotionally more relaxed and motivated. Time to swim in the sea and just to stretch out in the sun is also incorporated into the programme. Finally, round off your day with a professional massage (Shiatsu or sports massage) in the Dar Cilla massage salon.

 

Our objective is to increase your level of fitness in small groups (4 – max. 10) in a natural and beautiful setting where you can enjoy the company of others who choose to enjoy an active break. 2 day boot camps can also be organised to suit your individual dates.

 

Activities

 

  • 4 x fitness/muscle training on the beach

  • 1 x rock climbing in the climbing area of San Bartolo near Tarifa

  • 1 x mountain bike tour in the Nature park of Tarifa

  • 1 x Trekking Rio de la Miel in Algeciras including a picnic lunch

  • 1 x open water swim training

  • 1 x beach hike with natural fango (natural mud)

  • 2 x stretching/I-motion

  • 1 x yoga session on the beach

  • 620 € per person, based on 4 nights’ accommodation in double apartments

  • Not included in our prices are: flight tickets, car rental, food and drinks!

 

 

Daily schedule

 

Day 1:

 

individual arrival in Tarifa: check in, time for shopping and relaxing. Meet your bootcamp partners at dinner with nice spanish Tapas.

 

Day 2:

 

9.30 - 11.00 warm-up plus cross fit/muscle-training at the beach

11.00 - 14.00 open water swim training, afterwards freetime to relax and having lunch.

14.00 - 17.30 rock climbing training at the rocks of San Bartolo, the rock climbing area of Tarifa.

17.30 – 19.30 Tee-time at a beach-bar plus stretching at the beach, afterwards time for taking a shower, relaxing. Go out for dinner together.

 

Day 3:

 

9.30 - 11.00 warm-up plus fitness/muscle-training at the beach

11.00 - 14.00 beachhike and beachfango at the dunes, picknick or beachbar for lunch

14.00 - 17.30 guided mountain-bike tour in the Los Alcornocales Natural park

17.30 – 19.30 Tee-time at a beach-bar plus stretching at the beach, afterwards time for taking a shower, relaxing. Go out for dinner together.

 

Day 4:

 

9.00 - 11.00 warm-up plus fitness/muscle-trainingat the beach

11.00 - 14.00 freetime for a swim, taking a sun bath, to recover and having a lunch.

14.00 - 18.00 guided trekking tour to Rio de la Miel with possibility to take a bath near the waterfalls plus picnic

18.30 – 19.30 stretching at the beach, afterwards time for taking a shower, relaxing and collective farewell dinner

 

Day 5:

 

9.30 - 11.00 warm-up plus cross fit/muscle-training at the beach.
